A COLLABORATIVE SPACE
Warm, structured,
and grounded in trust.
Loving someone who struggles with OCD, anxiety, or a related challenge can be heartbreaking and exhausting. You may be watching your child struggle with big emotions, intense reactions, or challenging behaviors, or seeing anxiety or OCD affect your relationships and family life. Even when you are doing everything you can, it can feel like the challenges keep growing. You don’t have to navigate these challenges alone. Together, we can find a way forward that supports both you and your family.
My approach is collaborative, structured, and grounded in evidence-based care. I work in an active, individualized way, with flexibility to meet each client where they are.
Clients often describe me as warm, engaging, and easy to connect with, and appreciate an approach that feels supportive and down-to-earth.
"Parent and family support helps you understand these patterns and respond in ways that reduce distress while strengthening confidence, connection, and resilience."
WHAT YOU MAY BE EXPERIENCING
You may recognize
some of these.
Many parents and family members describe feeling overwhelmed, stuck, and unsure of how to move forward. Over time, the emotional toll can add up.
Constantly worrying, adjusting routines, or offering reassurance — unsure if you're helping or making things worse
Walking on eggshells or restructuring family life to prevent distress or escalation
Watching your child struggle with big emotions, meltdowns, or intense reactions
Navigating the impact of anxiety or OCD on your marriage, siblings, or family life
Feeling worn down, anxious, or on edge yourself — carrying worry from day to night
Unsure how to support an adult child or partner whose avoidance shapes daily life
YOU ARE NOT ALONE

beyond coping tips.
Parent and family support focuses on giving you clear, practical tools so you can respond to anxiety, big emotions, and behavior challenges without increasing conflict or burnout. Our work is grounded in evidence-based, research-supported approaches tailored to your family’s needs.

Learn New Ways to Respond
You'll learn practical, evidence-based tools to respond to anxiety, big emotions, and behavior challenges with greater clarity, warmth, and consistency.
Support as Changes Unfold
